Camagüey, Feb 19.- Workers at the Camagüey branch of Copextel evaluated the results of their management during the year 2025, a period distinguished by the strengthening of the entity's economic and financial indicators.
Among the persistent limitations is the repair of the vehicle fleet; this requires making investments in the most essential vehicles in order to maintain the quality of service.
The analysis also revealed the exodus of technical personnel as a negative aspect, hence the need to strengthen the economic-financial indicators that guarantee the expansion of the Payment by Results System to all workers.
Nevertheless, progress is being made in improving working conditions, training and upgrading workers, especially the youngest ones, and the use of photovoltaic energy in the company's facilities to provide a better service to the population.
Copextel S.A. in Camagüey is focused on consolidating production linkages, expanding the supplier portfolio to increase revenue, and improving availability for customers in the new stage, also adapting to the conditions the country is experiencing.
