Local radio audience advocate for greater use of digital media


Camagüey, Mar 25.- A workshop on the use of Social Networks brought together journalists and artists from the provincial radio system in Camagüey, by videoconference, as part of the professional improvement of those who daily have the mission of informing, educating and interact through this channel that is gaining an increasing number of users.

How to make communication more effective in this way, gain visibility, combat subversive demonstrations generated on the networks by negative opinion leaders, were some of the topics addressed during the day, where tools that allow greater use of the media were socialized digital.

The Master of Science Manuel Alfredo Martínez, carried out an analysis of the informative and communicational effectiveness on Twitter, Facebook, as well as the need for a greater presence on WhatsApp and Telegram of the institutional media, in addition to the exhaustive measurement of the impact of the content generated in these virtual scenarios. 

In this context, journalist Yusarys Benito Deliano, shared with her colleagues, directors, heads of Programming and Information, among other workers of the provincial radio system, the knowledge acquired in the International Institute of Journalism on employment of new data- based tools that allow the information to be viewed in a more comprehensive way.
