The Communist Party of Cuba, after much progress in its formation as a result of a true unity of all the revolutionary forces, assumed as its founding day April 16, 1961, when all of Cuba declared itself a socialist country with the guidance of Fidel. During an exchange of Party workers who remain active after several decades, workers with more than forty years of work shared their experiences, who felt gratitude for a lifetime dedicated to the Cuban Revolution from the organization that leads our people.
