Camagüey for Health: overflow of mixed emotions


Life stories, anecdotes, projections and challenges stand out among the experiences shared during the interactive online event "Camagüey for Health", held at the Santa Cecilia Convention Center in greeting to the Latin American Medicine Day.

Testimonies by students from the Carlos J. Finlay University of Medical Sciences, of doctors and nurses who are members of the Henry Reeve contingent, of professors of merit, researchers, innovators and administrative cadres marked the day with a count of contributions in the sector and the overflow of mixed emotions.

During the exchange, the work of all these personnel in the confrontation with COVID-19, both inside and outside the country, was highlighted and the dedication and altruism that characterize these professionals for their essential role in the prevention and promotion of health and the guarantee of quality medical care.
