Camagüey Electric Company: for greater digitalization of services


Camagüey, March 20.- The Electric Company of Camagüey highlights that 26 percent of its service charges are made digitally, which is below the 30 percent that has been assigned at the national level.

According to engineer Rolando Camalleres Alba, head of commercial services of the entity, in residential areas the figure of the collector reader is still preserved, waiting for bankingization to advance, connectivity conditions and availability of ATMs to improve.

A significant number of Camagüey natives already pay their bills through Transfermóvil, benefiting from a three percent discount on the total owed.
