Self-control Guide applied in Camagüey

Camagüey, June 11 - Implementation of the second stage of the Self-control Guide of the Strategic Internal Audit is underway in this municipality, which began on May 10 and concludes on June 30.

During this period, reports are being prepared by each component in the commissions with the assessments, weaknesses identification and recommendations to be implemented.

It also includes the results of the self-monitoring exercise and the actions derived from it, which are analyzed with the workers so that they can contribute with their experiences and criteria.

Likewise, the approved tasks are incorporated into the entity's activity plan in order to ensure the development and verification of their harmonious and systematic fulfillment of the evaluation.

The Self-Control Guide constitutes a practical list of documentary and physical verifications of the processes in order to provide feedback and improve the Internal Control System implemented. (Text and Photo: Radio Camagüey)
