Pamujeres National Program for the Advancement of Women evaluated in Camagüey

Camagüey, Sep 3.- The Municipal Administration Council of Camagüey debated in its last meeting the performance of the strategy for the Pamujeres National Program for the advancement of women in the territory.

Abel Vejarano Valdeolla, vice mayor who handles social programs, explained that the commission created in the district meets on the third Friday of each month, where they analyze various issues.

Among the issues addressed this year is the presentation of study plans, special courses, postgraduate courses, diplomas and master's degrees to assess the intention given to the topic.

Also the presentation of the training plan for social workers and the evaluation of alternative methods for solving labor and social conflicts with a gender perspective approach.
