Havana, June 27 – Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez today rejected the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) agreement to increase military spending to five percent of GDP.
It imposes the arms doctrine of imperialism and the cutting off of social and governmental funds in favor of war and the enrichment of military transnationals, the chancellor published on the social network X.
