Havana, July 3 – Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla, Cuban Minister of Foreign Affairs, today expressed his gratitude for the Chinese Foreign Ministry's statements against the economic, commercial, and financial blockade imposed by the United States (US).
In X, the Chancellor highlighted the call by Chinese authorities to exclude Cuba from the arbitrary list of alleged sponsors of terrorism.
Agradecemos pronunciamientos de Cancillería #China que se oponen al bloqueo de EEUU y a reinclusión de #Cuba en lista arbitraria de supuestos patrocinadores del terrorismo.

Mao Ning, spokesperson for the Chinese Foreign Ministry, urged the United States on Wednesday to lift sanctions against Cuba and remove the Caribbean country from the list of state sponsors of terrorism.
At a press conference, Mao Ning rejected the memorandum to toughen US policy toward Cuba, signed last Monday by President Donald Trump.
He asserted that China firmly supports Cuba on the path of development that suits its national conditions and opposes Washington's unilateral sanctions under the pretext of so-called freedom and democracy. (Text and photo: PL)
