For his part, the Minister of Finance and Prices, Vladimir Regueiro, will update parliamentarians on the progress of the State budget execution for this year and the settlement of budget figures executed during 2024.

In this context, the Economic Affairs Committee and the Constitutional and Legal Affairs Committee will submit to the plenary a report evaluating the performance of various sectors and reflecting the opinions of citizens on the issues addressed.

According to sources from the National Assembly, among the topics scheduled for Thursday are the approval of the bills for the Cuban Sports System, the General Regime of Contraventions and Administrative Sanctions, the Civil Registry, and the Code of Children, Adolescences, and Youth.

The day before, the ANPP's permanent committees concluded the evaluation of multiple problems of the national reality, with an emphasis on government attention and parliamentary oversight of social vulnerability, an issue addressed with "effort, creativity, and intelligence."
