These are not numbers, the blockade is real

Havana, Sep 17. - The update of Cuba's Report pursuant to United Nations General Assembly Resolution 79/7, entitled "Necessity of ending the economic, commercial and financial blockade imposed by the United States of America against Cuba," corresponding to the period March 2024-February 2025, will be presented today by Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla, a member of the Party's Political Bureau and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the island, to the national and international press.

This archaic, unjust, and criminal policy of the US government is the main obstacle to the development and well-being of Cuban society, in addition to being a flagrant violation of the human rights of the largest of the Antilles.

Today, intensified, and with the absurd and equally unjust inclusion of Cuba on the list of sponsors of terrorism, it has become the spearhead of the powerful empire's sick hatred against Cuba. (Text and photo: Granma Digital)
