State budget in Camagüey ensures continuity of social programs

Camagüey, Oct 4th - The projection of the State budget for 2026 in the municipality ensures the continuity and development of economic and social programs and policies, even in the current complex conditions.

This guarantees access to basic services for the population and the improvement of their quality, attention to the challenges of demographic dynamics and rurality, and social protections for vulnerable people and communities.

With the assigned budget, the programs of Public Health, Education, Sports, Culture, the Supply and Support Unit for the Municipal Administration, Housing, other Communal activities, and Social Assistance will be attended to.

The projection for next year's transferred revenues amounts to almost four billion 068 million pesos and grows with respect to the updated amount by more than 400 million pesos. (Text and Photo: Rodolfo Medina Hechavarría/Radio Camagüey)
