Camagüey, October 13 – In line with the transformation process of the Agri-Food Industry Business System, the National Science and Technology Forum of the guild will be held from October 15 to 18 in Santiago de Cuba, with representatives from the Camagüey Meat Company.
The Facebook profile of the aforementioned entity published the four selected presentations by authors Darexis Cisneros Álvarez, José Alberto Sánchez Rojas, Marlen Calcinez Hernández, and Osmaivis Maines Álvarez. This edition highlights the ingenuity of workers despite resource shortages.
The research projects and proposals are related to the impact of white bone in the circular economy for alternative solutions, the technique for artificial casing mincing, artificial intelligence as a tool for creation, and solutions for budget control.
