Minas, Camagüey, Dec 12.- The mini-industry El Sabor, part of the productive chain of the Combate de Bonilla Cooperative in Minas, has begun marketing vinegar, a product developed after several trials that meets the necessary quality standards.
This initiative responds to the growing demand from new economic actors in management and production using locally sourced raw materials.
Serafín Gutiérrez Parra, president of the production base of this mini-industry, reported that this product sells for 60 pesos and has been well received by the community. Furthermore, he highlighted that they are experimenting with various flavor variants by incorporating seasonings, with the aim of diversifying their offerings.
Gutiérrez also mentioned the search for new growth opportunities in production, although this requires the approval of several procedures currently in process to be able to implement future projects.
The El Sabor mini-industry not only focuses on diversifying its product line but is also committed to using renewable energies, with solar photovoltaic energy being a priority to ensure the continuity of its operations.
So far, this entity, located on Moralitos street, aspires to expand its productions to other markets, including the local commerce network and collaboration with new industries that promote food production. (Text and photo: Roilan Pérez Agüero/La Voz del Bayatabo/Minas)
