Havana, January 14 - Havana is hosting the D’TECH event this Tuesday and Wednesday at the Convention Palace, under the slogan “Technology Within Everyone’s Reach.”Organized by Datys, a company specializing in providing its own high-tech solutions and developing software applications for the computerization of society, the forum stands as a key space to promote innovation and cooperation in the sector.
At the opening of the event, Robert Mustelier Martín, CEO of Datys, emphasized that the event “creates a space where technology is accessible to everyone” and is aligned with the company’s mission to “serve citizens, institutions, the country’s economic and social development, and especially its security and the quality of life of its citizens.”
With a clear vision for the future, Mustelier Martín affirmed that it “is built by collaborating, connecting knowledge and experiences, and activating solutions that overcome existing problems.”
He emphasized that, in the current context, meeting with a forward-looking perspective acquires profound value, since data and technology are the point where “ideas intertwine, challenges become opportunities, and individual experiences are transformed into collective learning.”He invited those present to make the forum a “refuge of creativity and collaborative development” to establish dialogues and generate genuine collaborations.
The director of Datys announced that the event focuses on a strategic commitment: “the development of research and solutions in artificial intelligence.”He described fourth-generation AI not as a threat, but as “a key lever for increasing productivity, offering better solutions to problems, and generating new opportunities.”He concluded his remarks with a call for the event to be a “beacon of inspiration” to drive the future with technological sovereignty.
