Havana, Feb 18.- More than 20 initiatives from several provinces of the country were submitted to the sixth edition of the Ibero-American Education Award Oscar Arnulfo Romero, convened by the Organization of Ibero-American States for Education, Science and Culture (OEI, for its acronym in Spanish), which recognizes best educational practices in promoting human rights, culture of peace, sustainable development, and global citizenship.
