Havana, June 1 - The Hemingway-Pfeiffer Museum of the U.S. University of Arkansas and the National Council of Cultural Heritage (CNPC) recently signed in Havana a memorandum of understanding to strengthen ties with the Ernest Hemingway Museum in Cuba.
