Camagüey, Feb 4. – The Provincial Council of the José Martí Art Instructors Brigade will meet on 6 and 7 February in the City of Earthenware Jars with the aim of drawing up the working strategies for the current calendar.
According to the program announced at a press conference, a meeting is planned with future professionals of this specialty, the presentation of the La Andariega Dance Company at the Avellaneda Theatre and a cultural activity in the Plaza del Gallo as part of the Camagüey Culture Week.
Yelaine Téllez Ricardo, vice president of that movement in the Agramontinian territory, explained that during the event will work in committees and in the plenary session is expected the participation of 30 guests to discuss the operation, the results and projections of membership.
He commented that among the topics to be discussed will be artistic creation, cadre politics, empowerment and the increase of projects in the province and cultural colonization, without neglecting the concerns and ideas of the attendees to perfect the work of the organization.
In addition, he said, the presentation will be made at the grassroots level of the Space Rose Contest of Confluences of Amateur Art in Cuba, which promotes and recognizes the best results of the artistic-pedagogical work and the strengthening of traditional Cuban popular culture, by art instructors.
