A bride has gone viral on social media after sharing a look at the 'dream' wedding cake she ordered and the 'mess' she was subsequently left with on her big day.
When it comes to weddings, for many they will hope everything goes perfect and smoothly - after all, they can cost a lot of money.
One of the most expensive parts of the big day can often be the cake, with brides and grooms spending hundreds and even thousands on tiers of the sweet treat.
In recent years we've seen different cake trends emerge, including wheels of cheese being stacked on top of one another and doughnut walls.
For one woman, her dream cake combined cake and doughnuts and she thought she'd purchased just this after splashing over $250 (around £189) to have it made.
However, what arrived on the day wasn't exactly what she'd been hoping for.

Instead of three tiers of doughnuts, topped with a big cake, the bride was given a plate of doughnuts with a small cake in the middle.
This cake fail was shared by a TikTok user named @just.a.sara who also shared that the delivery was an hour and a half late.
Fellow TikTok users were horrified by the clip, with one person replying: "Grocery store doughnuts and a one-layer cake, nailed it."
Someone else said: "Couldn't even spring for Krispy Kreme smh."
A third wrote: "A stack of tortillas surrounded by some bagels would have made me happier. I would have been livid."

After the first video went viral, garnering over 1.3 million views, Sara later posted a follow-up explaining what happened at her wedding.
She told viewers: "You know something has to go wrong at every wedding and my wedding had three things.
"One my dress got botched two weeks before my wedding, two my husband's ring showed up the morning of our wedding and three my cake and this is the story of my cake.
"Okay so there were several red flags before this but I'm gonna skip to the week of the wedding when I have this feeling that something is wrong, so I text her like 'Hey I'm so excited to have the cake at the wedding on Saturday' and she text back saying 'great'."
Sara said she then checked whether there was anything else the baker needed from her and she said there wasn't.
However, when everyone arrived for the reception, the cake still hadn't turned up.
Eventually, the woman ran in with the cake - then the three-tier stand it was meant to be on broke.
"Luckily, the venue had a platter and my maid of honour and sister went out and set up this little cake thing which is like all we had. It was a mess," she shared.
Sara recalls how she made eye contact with the baker and realised in the moment she had to 'let it go' to not let it ruin the day, but she was disappointed they'd spent so much money for what they received.
