National Vice President of the University Student Federation exchanges with young people from Camagüey (+ Photo)


Camagüey, September 30.- As part of several exchanges in the centers of the Ministry of Higher Education, the national vice president of the University Student Federation (FEU), Ricardo Rodríguez González, held a meeting with members of the secretariat of that organization, the pedagogical contingent Leonela Relys, student assistants and directors of the University of Camagüey (UC) Ignacio Agramonte Loynaz.

In the History Hall of the UC, Rodríguez González confirmed the valuable trajectory of this institution, the first of its kind created after the triumph of the Revolution, and then appreciated the talent of a representation of the movement of amateur artists of the house of higher studies.

He also verified some of the results of the students in different faculties, learned about the important support of the pedagogical contingent based on the completion of teaching coverage in general education schools, and obtained details of the preparation of those classified for the National Class Festival and the work of the Frank País student assistant movement.

In the dialogue held at the UC, those present highlighted the importance of creating a scientific-student magazine to disseminate the studies carried out by students, with an impact on the socioeconomic areas of the territory.

The National Vice President of the FEU toured other areas of the institution, such as the children's house, which houses the children of workers during the working day, and some of the project laboratories that show the link between students and research, with repercussions positive in companies and organizations.
