“Distribution networks are one of the most complex and when I start working at the Provincial Electric Company they ask me to review this issue, and I noticed that with simple actions large amounts of fuel could be saved,” added Arostegui Morell.

He explained that in the current context it is imperative to socialize these benefits, this allows us to provide the services that the people need in the midst of the current conditions caused by the intensification of the blockade imposed by the United States government.

He explained that it is also necessary to incorporate renewable energy into the island's electrical matrix in line with the transformations that are being implemented.
