Minas, Camagüey, July 1.- Several works in honor of the 72nd anniversary of the assault on the Moncada and Carlos Manuel de Céspedes barracks are being carried out in Minas, the venue for the celebration of this historic date in Camagüey, according to inspections carried out by the territory's top leadership.
The offices of the Basic Electrical Organization (OBE, for its acronym in Spanish) have been showing a new look since Thursday, following the painting of their exteriors. Workers from the center, including linemen, carried out the work, which is the first among those that stand out in honor of National Rebellion Day.
The headquarters of the National Association of Small Farmers (ANAP, for its acronym in Spanish) is another of the entities that has decorated its facade, accompanied by banners and Cuban and July 26th flags, a testament to the peasantry's fervent involvement in the revolution.
Other health and education institutions are beginning to renew their external appearance as one of the initiatives adopted by each sector in honor of National Rebellion Day, demonstrating the work done by the people of Minas, worthy of a community that won the title of host of this important historic date.
