These statements, obtained by NBC News, occurred during a private meeting with hundreds of donors to the Republican National Committee, held this Saturday.
"These people are running a Gestapo administration. And that's the only thing they have. And, in their opinion, it's the only way to win," Trump said, speaking about his legal problems. He also described the current president as the "worst president in the history" of the United States. "He is extremely incompetent. He is corrupt as hell," he said.
