Camagüey, July 20 - With the joy of children, teenagers and young people, the Camilo Cienfuegos Amusement Park celebrated this July 17 its 48th anniversary and the renovation of its areas and equipment for the enjoyment of families in Summer 2024.
Humberto Rodríguez Castillo, head of recreation of the park, which belongs to the Santa Lucia Provincial Tourism and Recreation Company, assured that they have varied gastronomic offers and a program of activities in conjunction with the Inder and the Ministry of Culture to celebrate Children's Day next Sunday.
He specified that supplies are guaranteed for the months of July and August thanks to self-management, productive chains and the support of the highest political and governmental authorities to ensure the sale of modules on weekends and the commercialization of products released in the different areas.
From Tuesday to Sunday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., the facility offers sweet cookies, candies, and other options from the Havana Confectionery Company, combined with varieties from the province and links with entities of the Ministry of Food Industry.
They have fifteen points of sale of different offers, barbecues, cafeterias and the options of the gondolas, the rustic park, the pony riding, the doll's house and the swimming pool, in addition to the operation of its main attractions, the 11 equipments.
With almost five decades of services to the Camagüey family and visitors, the Camilo Cienfuegos Park, since 2020 is an improved unit of gastronomy that provides the collective with better economic indicators in a complex context for the country, but with the guarantee of being an emblematic space for many generations of inhabitants of the city of Camagüey.
