Havana, Feb 25th. - According to Special Notice No. 1 of the Center for Forecast of the Institute of Meteorology on the advance of a cold front that will move quickly over the west and center of the country in the next 24 to 48 hours, the most significant will be the rains, rains and electrical storms that will begin to affect the western and central regions from the afternoon today, the night and early Tuesday morning, with the possibility of extending to the eastern region.
