Havana, Feb 27th. - Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Cuba, said today that the Gaza Strip belongs to Palestine, in response to the U.S. plans to expel the population from that enclave, devastated by the 15-month Israeli offensive.
The chancellor urged Tel Aviv and Washington to stop their acts of extermination against the Palestinian people.
In his message on the X social network, Rodriguez Parrilla stressed the international rejection of the plan for the reconstruction of Gaza, announced by US President Donald Trump.
Al rechazo de la comunidad internacional al plan genocida estadounidense de expulsar a la población palestina de #Gaza, Presidente EEUU responde con una burla siniestra.

"By rejecting the American genocidal plan to expel the Palestinian population from Gaza, President USA responds with sinister mockery," wrote the head of Cuban diplomacy.
This, referring to a video generated by artificial intelligence, shared by Trump last Tuesday, in which the Strip is shown, now reduced to rubble, as a luxurious tourist complex, with golden statues of the tycoon.
The audiovisual would be a description of the idea of the US president to transform the Gaza Strip into a Middle East Riviera, relocating the local population.
According to data from the Gazan Ministry of Health, more than 48,300 people have died in the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023.
In response to the great destruction of infrastructure in this enclave, caused by the Israeli offensive, the World Bank, the European Union and the UN estimate that $53 billion will be needed for recovery and reconstruction. (Text: ACN )(Photo: Taken from the X account by .BrunoRguezP)
