Camagüey, June 28 – The team of Automotive Technical Inspection Companies in the central-eastern region of Camagüey works with a firm commitment to maintain high quality standards in its services.
Its mission is to offer automotive inspection and technical diagnosis that meet the needs and expectations of its customers, guaranteeing professionalism, reliability, speed, and efficiency.
All the personnel that integrate the team has higher level training, including mechanical engineers with more than 20 years of experience and new entries certified by the Cuban-Bulgarian registry, which reinforces the quality and competence of the services offered.
Among the priorities of the collective is the implementation of the banking process through electronic payment, using national platforms such as EnZona or Transfermóvil. This allows customers to make digital transactions easily and securely.
In 2024, the unit received the status of nationally distinguished employee by the National Union of Transport and Ports. Maintaining this distinction is one of its main goals, and its performance to date demonstrates this with a 123 percent fulfillment of the revenue plan.
Regarding the services provided, Omar Peralta Rodríguez, director of the Base Business Unit, reported that at the end of May, 17,752 technical inspections, 3,172 diagnostics, 355 technical deletions, 5,102 die-cuts, and 58 card changes had been performed, totaling more than 26,439 services. This result represents a 209.7 percent fulfillment of the plan, a result of the high level of inspection and control of equipment and parts, both at the inspection plant and in the municipalities.
It's important to highlight the commitment of the team, which, with effort and determination, overcomes limitations and develops new strategies to improve service delivery and increase customer satisfaction, thus contributing to a safer road for everyone.
