Moscow, July 26. - Russia observes constant patrols by British and French nuclear submarines in remote areas, and the presence of British and US submarines near its territory, Kremlin naval advisor Nikolai Patrushev told Sputnik.
"In the territory of Poland, the Baltic States and in the Baltic Sea area a grouping of rapid reaction forces of joint NATO forces is being expanded," he said.
He also denounced anti-Russian military exercises in the Northeast Atlantic and in Scandinavian countries.
