Minas, Camagüey, Oct. 18th - The Minas Municipal Trade Company continues to implement a program aimed at adolescents turning fifteen, as part of a strategy promoted by the provincial bureau of the Communist Party of Cuba. This initiative seeks to provide support to families, especially those in situations of greater vulnerability, contributing to a meaningful celebration of this important stage of youth life.
Yosbel Cobas Soriano, director of the Minas Basic Business Unit (UEB, for its acronym in Spanish), explained the functioning of this process. Teenagers and their families can access a module that includes the preparation of bread for snacks and a cake, all at an affordable price, much lower than that offered by the non-state sector. The acquisition of this service is made through a prior contract, signed by the parents or guardians of the honoree, thus guaranteeing a formal and transparent organization.
To obtain the contract and request the module, they must go to El Deleite bakery, in the municipal capital. To date, this initiative has been very well received by the community, which has positively valued the possibility of celebrating this important date with a quality service at a low cost. The favorable response reflects the state's interest in promoting actions that benefit the population.
Cobas Soriano affirmed that they work carefully to guarantee the quality of each order. All necessary measures are taken to ensure the correct use of raw materials, which are managed through new economic actors. This is part of the state efforts to strengthen the efficiency and sustainability of actions that support Camagüey's families, thus promoting a more inclusive and supportive social development in the province.
