Camagüey, Feb 21 - In the midst of the energy contingency facing the country, the educational centers of Camagüey have reorganized their routines to preserve the vitality of the teaching processes.
Through adjustments in schedules, the rationalization of resources, and the implementation of new forms of organization, it has been possible to guarantee, even under conditions of austerity, attention to students participating in academic competitions, as is the case at the "MáximoGómezBáez" Pre-University Vocational Institute of Exact Sciences (IPVCE, by its acronym in Spanish).
This was explained by Juan Carlos FontesMuñoz, a History teacher who has rejoined the educational sector and is part of that group.
As he emphasized, the students positively value the solutions adopted, which allow them to continue their academic preparation despite the difficult energy situation the country is going through.
The experiences shared by teachers and students demonstrate that discipline and creativity are key to sustaining education in times of limitations.
The support for the IPVCE competitors confirms that education in Camagüey does not stop: it adapts, it strengthens itself, and it turns every energy challenge into an opportunity for commitment and self-improvement. (Text and photo: Zenia Donet García/Radio Cadena Agramonte)
