Havana, September 27. - Accelerating the Digital Transformation of Higher Education in the country continues to be one of the sector’s main challenges, also aimed at ensuring and advancing the computerization of the less impacted processes.
Walter Baluja García, the minister of the sector, explained that the objectives are to promote the use of Artificial Intelligence in managing processes and knowledge, effectively implement cybersecurity, and prioritize updating the information management system and its digitalization.
Likewise, they are deepening the continuous development of digital skills in students and faculty, ensuring more efficient and timely access to relevant information, national and international publications, and intelligent tools that allow generating and managing knowledge.
