Camaguey Symphonic Orchestra will perform at the Avellaneda Theatre


Camagüey, July 18 - Renowned classical music artists Jorge Vázquez and Amalia Hall have chosen Cuba to begin a tour of Latin America, with important presentations, including a unique concert next Friday, July 19, together with the Camagüey Symphony Orchestra.

The founder and artistic director of the Philharmonic Orchestra in Xalapa, Mexico and recognized for winning the First Prize in the four-four in the United States together with the violinist from New Zealand promise a night of luxury at the Avellaneda Theater starting at eight o'clock in the evening.

Amalia Hall will show off her talents as a musician who at only 16 years old won the most important artistic awards in her native country with virtuosity and energy on stage. 

Prior to this presentation, the foreign artists performed in Holguin, according to Heidy Cepero Recorder, musicologist of the Camagüey Symphony, who said that the concert includes Beethoven's Symphony No. 3 Eroica and will be an opportunity to enjoy music of the highest level, by exponents who are at a moment of splendor in their careers.
