Havana, December 8 - The Ministry of Agriculture of Cuba (Minag) is developing a program aimed at accessing the Reducing Emissions from Deforestation and Forest Degradation (REDD+, for its acronym in Spanish) mechanism of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, the agency stated on its website.
