United Nations, Nov 2.- The resolution presented by Cuba to request the end of the economic, commercial and financial blockade imposed by the United States was approved today by the United Nations General Assembly with 187 votes in favor.
United Nations, Nov 2.- The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Cuba, Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla, denounced today at the United Nations General Assembly the violations against the right to life, education and well-being of Cubans caused by the United States blockade.
For the thirty-first time, today Cuba returns with full right and reason to present to the General Assembly of the United Nations (UN) a new resolution in which it calls for the end of the economic blockade that the United States has imposed on the island since 1962.
